My search for RC models and accessories from overseas some how reached MyHelis. I found the pricing much better and the service and attention superior. i had the chance to chat with the proprietor, John whom i found very supportive and sounded highly knowledgable experienced in the field.
Five stars. They are professionals, They answered everything I asked, they helped me understand all my worries about difficult Drone flights and finally they had ready to deliver the products I wanted with no back order.

Terrible! I have send from Crete my drone to them as the remote wouldn't connect with the tablet. After 10 days and lots of calls they told me that they could not figure out the problem and they will send it to Germany. I have tried to get in touch with them per email and calls but without success. My emails stayed till now unreplied... Anyway after hundred of times calling I finally figured out that the remote went to Holland to be fixed there and they promised me to send emails to keep me updated. Nothing came from them... After lots of calls again the finally send it back to Crete and told me that I had to pay 55 Euros. What else to do than to accept... even I should have been informed about that earlier. Finally after around 6 weeks the drone came to me but I had to pay 70 Euros and not as they told me 55! Try to fix your things somewhere else and don't go there. It's a total ripoff!
