Quick and easy service for getting a number of keys cut. All the keys that were cut worked perfectly in their locks.
This bloke isn't a locksmith. Charged me 9.00 for a basic 3 lever mortice key. I had to grind most of it myself, nothing about it fitted in the lock. Could of bought 3 of these for 10.00 down south. Would liked to of posted a picture of key. Con merchant.
Ooft! 6 for a standard Yale key - same thing that cost me 2.50 at a local hardware store less than a month ago. Realise there's an overhead being part of a franchise type operation but in excess of 100% mark up is a sure fire way to dampen repeat custom. The key works (as did the 2.50 one) but I'm unlikely to be back at that rate.
