Pleasantly surprised by the good customer service I received. I arrived to collect an item that I had ordered online and was immediately attended to. Proof of identity provided, I collected the goods and headed home. On arrival I couldn't find my phone. I tried calling the store but discovered that there is no number available for the specific store, only a generic number which wasn't answered. So I had to drive 20 minutes back to the store in the hope that I had left the phone there. I had, and was quickly reunited with my phone. The guys were very pleasant and would have been given 5 stars, but the lack of any ability to contact the store directly lost it that final star.

I BOUGHT A JVC SMART TV ON 21.12.20 THE PICTURE DISAPPEARED AFTER A WEEK HAVE PHONED THE SUPPORT CENTRE 3 TIMES AND WAS TOLD AN EMAIL HAD BEEN SENT TO SHOP IN GALASHIELS AND I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE IN TOUCH STILL WAITNG

Not a happy experience today. Wanted info on new TV, spoke to a chap where the Tv's were, was told he had 2 other people to deal with 1st and he'd get someone else to see to us, hung about no one else came and when we tried to speak to him again he was quite abrupt, then when we left, he was outside having a smoke?!. Also bought a USB wireless keyboard and spoke to another assistant, i specifically said three or four times that it was to be connected to a Firestick and 1) will it work and will it be compatible 2) do I need any additional cables. No they said, it will be fine they said but on the off chance you have issues you can always bring it back. Great I thought, should be easy. guess what.....got it home, tried to set it up and you need a USB splitter cable! You expect expertise from somewhere like Currys and unfortunately didn't get that today.
