To who it may concern.we come to this store quite a lot for birthday fireworks as all the family love them.as for this occasion im fuming and im still in shock at this moment in time.we bought some rockets from your store and I don’t know where you get your products from but I’m absolutely horrified at what has happened when we lit 2 of the rockets.we had a family accasion with myself my partner and children with mum and dad too.everything was going fine with our display and was really looking forward to these rockets towards the end.but 2 out of the 5 nearly killed us as they didn’t even take off they just blew up straight in front of us.myself and my partner was in control of lighting the fireworks with family watching from inside the house.myself lit the first firework and only just manage to take off so we was already worried.the next 3 went off great.the worst one that scared the whole of us was the last one.i lit the fuse and as I ran away to let it set off I just about got enough distance away it just BLEW up without even setting off straight in our faces.everyones ears were ringing for a good 10 minutes and myself thought I could of even been deaf as I couldn’t even here anything for 5 minutes just ringing in my ears.i know nothing can probably be done about this and it’s a good job nobody was hurt especially my children as I would be taking this further.so upset with what has happened. I just want to hope that u take this very seriously and hopefully find out what was wrong with this product.i hope nobody else has to experience what we just did and they might not be as lucky as us.!!!!!
