I was fairly pleased with my visit! While waiting for my vehicle I was called via my cell phone and told that I needed brake pads and a brake fluid flush and something else which I can not remember at the moment. Unfortunately, I had to decline at the time because of the price tag. I was never really told what the condition of the pads, which were the front pads which is what I was told. I wish my team leader would have a least provided me with this information.
The team is knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. I got the car I wanted at the price I could afford and the financing part was the easiest of any I've had over the many years of buying cars. Dan made that process a breeze. The service folks are also helpful and their prices are competitive.

Buying the vehicle is great. Service... use for significant repairs only, recalls, warranty work etc plan an entire day for service. 3 hours for an oil change. 30 minutes to find the vehicle and bring so I could leave. No one in the service department is in a hurry and seems that the concept of minimal customer effort to use the service hasn’t made it to this location.
