Absolutely horrible customer service!! A 40 minute wait time on hold turned into 2 hours. The counter staff do not care and just ignore you. You can see them just standing there joking around and ignoring those of us that are waiting. We are there to pick up equipment and have jobs to do. It would be nice if they could do their jobs as well. The new staff are absolutely terrible!! I wish it was possible to give no stars on this review. Wes and Hunter seem to be the only ones who actually work..
Ridiculous!!! Lack of consideration for customers. I understand with Covid new precautions are needed (like no people inside the store), but it’s 10:30 am and 83 deg outside and two employees inside at the counter. One was drinking a monster apparently not doing anything. They have a sign saying to cal first and had 5 people waiting on the hold. Employee drinking monster signaled to call while we’re pointing that we are already calling. Instead of coming out and helping customers out in the heat, he just continued drinking his monster and signaled with open arms like “what do you want me to do?” When a third employee finally picks up the phone, he already responds with an attitude. 3 other people came and left saying the wait time is ridiculous in this place and the employees do not care. I don’t mind waiting outside (I understand we have a pandemic). But when you see people waiting outside at least come out and provide customer service. Very disappointed with this experience
I'm president of SSJ Mechanical Inc. There warranty process is cumbersome and unnecessary, customer service is subpar, their Covid-19 precautions are over kill and makes doing business with them almost unbearable. Most recently I ordered a replacement motor and they \mistaking\ gave it to another customer. I was then directed to pick up the part in gaithersburg. I drove to gaithersburg and they then told me they didn't have it and it was a mistake made by the laurel branch. They arranged to have the motor delivered to my office that day. When the delivery time came they brought an entire furnace! Yeah a whole furnace! So I'm waiting a day later for the motor.
The guys at the counter never answer the phone, been first in line for the last half hour for a 2 minute wait. By far the worst branch, equipment packaging is consistently damaged, equipment is also consistently dented.
