We come here all the time. It's really big but not too noisy. Comfy seats for the grown ups and lots to keep the kids entertained. The food is pretty decent too. Not much more you can ask from a soft play!

Great play area my little lad loved it, the only downside is he isn't 2 yet but loved the 5-12 year old section... Was very quickly bored of the 0-4 section which could either do with extending or changing the age range on both.

Just a great way to spend a couple of hours on a cold/wet day with the (grand) children. I was particularly impressed with the play area with a kitchen and rockers etc, it's not often you see them in soft play areas, and that is an excellent option for my grand daughter who has problems walking and keeping her balance. The only issue I have is that, like many of these places, the children are often left to run riot which is hugely detrimental to my stress levels, and I have yet to see a member of staff monitor the age groups in the younger section, however, that could just be the times I've turned up. There's a large and pleasant open aired feel to the place, with a variety of different seating at tables(large enough for my middle aged spread posterior) and several sofas to chill out on. I may not have seen many staff monitoring the younger play area, I have seen several staff cleaning at various times, they also acted promptly when we reported a puddle of water. I have only had a coffee once here but the staff serving in the cafe area were friendly and accommodating when I found I'd got a leaky mug. The style of food would appear to be the normal kind of thing you'd expect to find in these sort of highly child oriented places. Certainly, we will come again.

Good food. Some equipment looking a bit tired. Thought this place was closing down for good, but it's apparently due to reopen in April.

Wonderful little place for Gainsborough. Affordable, friendly staff. Could do with a little TLC but other than that my kids love to play here :)
