Service department is amazing. We brought our car in thinking it was only one issue. Turns out more was wrong with our car then service initially thought. Not only was service great with calling me with updates but they even gave us a rental car to fulfil our family vacation with. It was a wonder experience and Heidi and Daniel from the front were amazing with going above and beyond with this whole experience. I pray nothing is ever wrong with my car again but if there is we definitely will be coming back to Jacky Jones Lincoln.
Just go and find out how bad the service is. They don’t even wear masks or sanitize anything. But that’s not even why it’s bad. My sales rep was nice but I didn’t trust the manager.
