I am deeply grateful to Nicolle, Lindsey, Dave and the team for all the hard work they have put in to prepare and arrange my partner’s funeral recently. I cannot thank you enough for looking after my beloved Neil with such care and dignity and for helping me through this very heart-breaking and difficult time. Thank you for being so kind, compassionate, helpful, professional and respectful. Your efficiency and attention to detail at every stage of the process has been exceptional and it gave me comfort and assurance that everything will run smoothly.

Many thanks to Nicolle and her colleagues for their professional and compassionate handling of my mother's funeral. This required a lot of communication via phone and email as neither neither myself nor my brother live in the North-West anymore. Nicolle was always available and quick to respond to our requests regarding music, flowers and helped us find the perfect celebrant for the service.
They couldnt have done more when my dad past away in February. They were considerate, Caring and thoughtful. The service was great and they were a massive help to me when it came to carrying the coffin. Thank you so much for looking after myself, my mum and Brother.
