Went for an MOT, gave them my number to get in contact. Had to find out the result of my MOT via the gov website and pick my car the day after because no phonecall and I was unavailable until their closing time. Waited in the rain for 30 minutes until the owner came back where he told one of the members which previously told me to wait, to take me to the certificate and pay. Baffles me how they have so many glowing reviews when they can't organise the workload right and don't get in contact. Also didn't give me a quote for the work that needs doing. Although they're polite there, I left feeling I could have got better for cheaper
