Unprofessional. Had a phone interview with a lady from HR/Talent team, was very positive and she was very enthusiastic that the team leader loved my CV, and would I be able to come into the office within end of next week/start of the following to meet the manager, confirmed I could, cancelled plans, to hear nothing. I emailed a few days later confirming my availability - and they never even had the decency to reply. This seems to be a common occurrence looking at reviews and also knowing a lady who applied for a Finance Analyst role at the start of October - she reported exactly the same experience as I have had. Don’t waste your time - highly unprofessional company.

Very unprofessional company, flawed interview process with incredibly poor communication. I do not recommend any professional to apply here or interview here. I went through 4 interview stages with G-Research including 3 calls and a 2 hour live proctored test. Additionally, I exchanged 40 emails with internal HR at G-Research in between these individual stages as I progressed through the process. After the final stage, I received absolutely no feedback even when contacting G-Research a week after the final stage. I urge any professional who is considering applying here to rethink their decision wisely. I have worked within public and private sector organisations at a senior level and the level and the time spent on the interview process here combined with the lack of feedback demonstrates a clear lack of respect for applicants.
I applied for a role at G-Research. Took time off work and traveled to London for an interview. Never heard anything back from anyone. At least have some courtesy and inform applicants that you haven't been successful. If recruitment team isn't doing their job and HR isn't doing anything about the process, then I am sorry to say, you shouldn't operate in this day and age.
Very unprofessional organisation. I have politely requested interview feedback on various occasions and have emailed the internal recruitment team and had no response. Its common courtesy to at least respond even if it is less than positive. I would not recommend.
Called me all the way to London (200 miles) for an interview only to be told after 20 mins that I didn't fit the role - this was for a role that they proposed to me, I hadn't even applied for it! The interview process was due to last all day - I'm not even sure how they judge candidates after only 20 mins! Embarrassing company and a huge waste of time.
