Excellent service today, we unfortunately got a puncture today on the way with our 4 month old son to his hospital appointment, we pulled up with the hope they can fix it, they got it sorted it straight away, can’t recommend them enough ! Very happy customers.

Came recommended by our boss and have to say they didn't disappoint. Great friendly and helpful service initially on the telephone, followed by the same on the day of the service. We'd travelled from Cullen so after dropping the van off had a wander around Huntly until we got the phone call. Four hours later after having done two circuits of the town, castle and river walks and two cups of tea we wandered back to find it still sat where we'd left it. Disappointed we went in to explain and to say we couldn't wander any longer so to cancel service. At hearing this the excellent customer service experience kicked in again. We were offered an apology, a courtesy car and the assurance that'd it'd be done in a few hours. It wasn't the cheapest service but it was the most comprehensive, thorough and honest we've had. That coupled with the fantastic customer service was well worth it. Thanks to all, we'll be back!
