I went to Kelly's for pie & mash yesterday for the first time in months and it's still delicious. They're open most days of the week for take away only. They accept cash payments but obviously prefer card. I will be back again soon
It's been a while since I had great pie and mash, that was rectified by a visit to G Kelly where I bought two pie, mash and liquor. The service was fabulous, the food was tasty and even though I could not get the full experience of eating in, I still enjoyed the food as take away. I must also complement them on their vegan mince pies, I have to say that was touch of delicious.

An east end London classic! But also open Sundays! A temple of traditional eels, pie and mash, perfect crust on their pies (usually at least two types - beef and chicken?) and quality mash. Served with nothing less than Liquor - the traditional parsley sauce. And what to start with other than a bowl of jellied eels. I welcome them back after two years of being closed due to reconstruction.
