These guys are great. They were so helpful. They have just gone me out of a mess and we’re able to supply a bearing cage for my headset that I was giving up hope of getting anytime soon due to unprecedented demand for cycles/spares. The gent that served me was very patient and understanding and offered real useful advice. They were so low priced as well. This store will get custom in future.

I brought in my bike for a tune-up and to have several accessories (mudguards, kickstand, etc,) installed. I've taken my bike to other shops in town, and this place was hands-down the best I've gone to. They got my bike in the shop and back to me within just a week, and the work was done to a high standard and was absolutely affordable. The mechanic who gave me my bike back was kind and personable. We won't be taking our bikes anywhere else after this experience. My husband also thinks they're great - his parents, who don't speak english, will come in to have their tyres pumped up when they visit on holidays; despite the language barrier, these guys never fail to help. Thank you! x
Quick turnaround on some small issues I’ve had on my bike and stock good kit, reasonable pricing. Helpful staff, even when in such busy times they are experiencing now.
Wouldn’t trust them to pump up tyres
I recently visited Dumfries for a few days and hired a bike from G & G Cycle Centre to take a ride in the superb surrounding countryside. The shop staff were very friendly and welcoming which together with my ride made for a highly enjoyable experience. I would not hesitate to recommend G & G Cycles to others.
