As farm shops go, its pretty good. Very good produce as well as some random stuff too. Its all useful though. You can get all sorts in there, from pet food to garden pots and from toothpaste to sweets. Its great! Its blooming cold in there this time of year though.

Went to Beds BBQ. Insane place. So much to choose from. I never walk away without a purchase! On my 7th (still got them all) bbq from here! Very knowledgeable staff.
Bought some kindling, & I was very impressed by the staff. I noticed that just after a customer used the chip & pin machine the till staff were cleaning the device. & they had screens around the tills, very covid secure conscious. I felt safe being there.
Very poor customer service. I queried the price of some catfood and was told that the label had ‘clearly’ fallen off’ and that was why the price I had been charged was not what I was expecting. I was made to feel like it was my fault and I did say this to the lady in question. I was told that I was in the wrong. I asked to speak to the manager who wasn’t there. I asked who was in charge and was told that this lady was in charge – who happened to be the the owner’s daughter. Her attitude was very unprofessional and unpleasant. She has no idea how to treat a customer and clearly needs some training. It’s a shame because they have some really good selections of of catfood – I don’t think I could bring myself to shop there again.
Very helpfull returned item no hassel with refund.
