Loved loved loved this hostel! The entire building was always very clean and the staff were very nice. The lady who checked us in was an older lady and she was probably my favourite part of my stay. She was super nice and very friendly and was always chatting with us. The kitchen had everything you could need and the laundry room was very good too. Showers were always clean and very nice to use. I highly enjoyed my stay here and would 100% recommend

Good parts: -Got free room upgrade -very clean -great location -luggage storage bad: -very limited opening times: arrived at 11 am in front of a closed door so had to go to Hbf to pay for expensive locker -check in lady a bit stern and said du to me even though I am almost 30 thanks!
Excellent location, convenient check-in and checkout process, nice staff. My room was a bit stuffy and small for 5 people though. Nice of them to offer a bus pass to castles if you stay for more than a couple of nights.
The staff was extremely friendly & helpful! They were accommodating to your needs. The place was clean & tidy. The only downside is there only one toilet on the entire floor to share amongst all the rooms.
The location of this hostel was wonderful. Right in the middle of the adorable downtown shopping area. I had a terrible situation on my way to the hostel where I was left behind by my bus and the bus had my coat and my luggage! I called the receptionist, Alexandra, and she did everything she could for me to help get the luggage back. She was so warm and helpful and I'm so thankful! The hostel itself is very nice. It is incredibly clean and the beds are comfortable and private. My only complaint, and this is no fault of the hostel's, is that the layout is very odd and there is barely a lounge to hang out in. Don't let that deter you, though. This is a wonderful place to stay!
This place has a friendly staff and a great location. BUT, this is such an incredibly inconvenient hostel. The showers turn off after every 15 seconds. And you can only shower at certain points during the day and night. The laundry is the same way you have a certain time availability to do that as well. It is very warm but is at least a clean hostel (rooms and bathrooms). Checkout is by 9am so it is slightly inconvenient as well.
Absolutely rude and insulting customer service. They cancel the booking few days before the stay without a warning or any reason given. When confronted, a member of staff suggested it could have been a problem with a card deposit. Asked to rebook. Trying to rebook with the new card - places were gone. Confronted again - promised to call back. Never did. Never apologiesed. Avoid, to keep your travel stress free. Please read hostel's reply: that's all you need to know about their customer service: any problem is your problem, not their's. "There are plenty more fish in the sea". FFS!
