WOW! we were not expecting such a great service in such a small village! We were served like prince and princess. And even not being very hungry, we finished all the food, it was sooooo delicious! If you have a chance go there!
Excellent local Portuguese cuisine. Nice appetisers including cured ham,black olives & grilled pork sausage. Main was grilled seabass & turbot with baked potatoes. The local Vinho Verde wine was good too. Service was professional & good. The desert was delicious a local puff pastry. Restaurant has nice decoration. It happens to be next to Camino del Santiago do well worth the treat just before final part of stage to Esposende.
Great Ribs.. The best in Esposende or Fao.. We ate here twice in the past week. A proper restaurant with table cloths and attentive waiting staff, but the food is definitely cave-man stuff: loads of ribs grilled over charcoal.. Despite the refined look and table linen, the prices are very keen. I will go back again..
