A big thank you to fylde borough council refuse collection service throughout the lockdown these guys have excelled themselves keeping regular collections in a caring happy manner. This week one of are apartment block was inaccessible because of a poorly parked car blocking a safe route from bin store to council transport, totally understand that the gap was a little too tight to guide a huge metal bin without a chance of damaging a private car. One message to FBC and within 48 hours returned to safely empty bins. THANK YOU FOR YOUR GREAT DEDICATION TO THIS WORK,

Website disorganised. Not easy to find what you are looking for, I.e recycling collection dates.

Tried to get signposted to right department on live chat....was half an hour wasted. Wasted a further 20minutes on phone call to an advisor who had no advice and concluded phone call claiming phone line had gone dead which clearly it hadn't, when I told him I'd be contacting my MP. As other reviews have stated this council aren't interested in helping residents or ensuring community equilibrium just want our money!
