As others have also mentioned, getting them to fulfill your correct order is like pulling teeth. Four visits in a row I have been shorted my order. There won't be a fifth visit.

Rarely super busy, good food, great staff
The order came short of potatoes. Everytime someone uses the restroom door, the door slams shut making a noticeably loud. The floor has no carpet so when the chairs slide it makes alot of noise. This place plays loud music and there are currently two songs playing. The speakers are playing justin bieber which is already a huge problem but the kitchen is also playing their own music which just barely covers the sound of justin bieber but not enough to drown out the sounds of yummi yummi yummi. Food was not anything special.
The nachos and the margaritas are really good! Price is reasonable and great customer service too
Disappointed when we visited here Saturday. We always come to the one in Waxahachie and thought we would try it going through Mansfield. Not as clean as the one in Hachie and to start it off the girl at the counter taking orders just had attitude. Go home, people going out to eat don't want to be bothered with your moody attitude. Take our order, interact with us and maybe crack a smile...won't hurt you. Anyhow, a lady calling out orders changed the mood, great attitude. Brought our food out to us since we had the little one. I know it's all the same food but for some reason Hachie just tasted better. We won't be visiting this location again, will find another restaurant to go to going through Mansfield.
