Sue was very professional. Great service and price. She knew her inventory (another company didn't) and met my needs.

I was there for a shorter time than I'd like to be for a review. However the salesman was very helpful. He was knowledgeable about his stock, the products and he was nice....which seems to be a little lacking in some other places. We're shopping a sofa set right now so we're getting to see several of the local stores. I left but he printed some info for me quickly about a few sets because I said I was going to go discuss the sofas with my wife. Good selection and pretty straight up when asked any questions. I give it a thumbs up. I know zero about the actual purchasing or delivery so no 5 star. But I wanted to make a note about the service of anyone was looking to go because I would buy from there.
Great service. Walked in and didn’t have the pressure of Someone walking behind you. Walked freely and when ready young lady help us with all the info we need and made the purchase super fast and easy...
We’ve ordered from FR at this location on previous occasions for the passed several years. We still have a table and bed set we purchased 9 years ago. I won’t say the quality of the material is the best in the world, but it has all held up well. We just ordered some sofas on a Black Friday deal. Customer service (with Cecilia, hope we got the name right) was excellent.
Great customer service! My request mattered and was handled with priority! I've shopped here before and will continue to buy from here. They never disappoint! Quality items for great prices. Thank you Arturo Ramos, today you made my 8 year and us very happy! Here's to a new virtual school year 2020-2021! Third grade watch out!
