An absolute shambles of a company. We ordered 4 pieces of living room furniture on 31/08/20 with a lead in time of 12 weeks, it is now 17/02/21 & we are still yet to receive the last remaining item! I have lost count the amount of times we have called & emailed this company only to hear a catalogue of excuses. I accept that the covid pandemic is a factor in all of this but boy has this excuse been milked to it’s maximum. Note previous negative reviews from other customers with similar gripes way before anybody had ever heard of Covid. Nobody ever calls you back & the only gesture we have received for the inconvenience is a paltry 40 refund for the delivery fee. If you value your time & sanity please do not deal with The Furniture Loft, my advice would be to give them a wide berth & go elsewhere. Without a doubt the worst retail customer experience I have ever received.

Friendly and helpful staff. Some nice furniture and accessories at reasonable prices. Beware the big pieces though, in the setting they are in they don't look as big as they really are, so take a tape measure and make sure they will fit in your house...and through your doorways.

Would not recommend. Pushy salesman in store, he followed us around and promised a discount if we ordered from him. Came back next day and the offer of a discount had disappeared, unfortunately we still went ahead with our order. Ordered 7 items mid-July, all in stock and all bar one with a 3-4 week lead time. 3 items delivered on time and 4 late - last one finally arriving last week, 19 weeks late. No updates from customer services on when the items would arrive. Called multiple times with no help, requested call-backs from management which we never got. We had lengthy conversations with Richard Kimble where he would whine about the delivery issues and having to wake up at 3am to start calling suppliers in China. I'm sorry but that's not my issue. You need to manage your suppliers better as well as your customers (And your staff too as it seems people were dropping left right and centre!). Even though I like the goods I've bought, I cannot give this store more than 1 star because of the stress and disappointment it has caused.

ONE STAR IS REALLY TO MANY WOULD GIVE THEM LESS IF WE COULD.My Wife telephoned them to make sure that the items were in stock and check delivery times (was told items in stock and you will have them within a week!) when she ordered them and paid she had an email with confirmation of order but was informed that they were out of stock and there would be no delivery until at least 20th December, she spoke to Ash who said he would phone her back, when he did he didn't know who he was speaking to he got her name/order wrong (surely this is something he should have got right?)WE now have to wait at least 10 days for a refund!! Not a company We would recommend or advise people to buy from.we think they should replace some staff and employ ones who actually know what they are doing

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PLACE THEY TAKE MONEY ESPECIALLY FROM OLDER PEOPLE AND THEN THE EXCUSES THEY MAKE FOR NOT DELIVERING ARE INCREDIBLE YOU HAVE TO CHASE EVERYTIME THEY MISS A DELIVERY AND ALL THIS BEARING IN MIND THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. JUST SPOKE TO THE TOP BOSS THERE AND HE IS RUDE AND ARROGANT AND TELLS LIES REMEMBER THIS PLACE HAS ALREADY CLOSED DOWN AND THEN REOPENED IN ANOTHER NAME AND NOW I KNOW WHY AND MY QUESTION WOULD BE HOW MUCH OF PEOPLES MONEY DID THEY TAKE WITH THEM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
