To anyone who is looking for accomondation in Lux city. I can't emphasize this enough: STAY AWAY FROM FURNISHED.LU !! I signed a contract with them to stay in a room for 3 months, but had to leave after 1.5 months because it was just unbearable to stay there. They continued charging me after I've moved out and informed them. THEY NEVER RETURNED MY DEPOSIT OF 500 EUROS!! Here is a list of problems I encountered in their property: -The house of 12 rooms was supposed to be cleaned every Friday. During the 5 weeks I stayed there, it was only cleaned 2 times. The kitchen was disgusting, flies were everywhere and the garbage was pouring out of the trash cans. -Internet. My internet service has varied from unreliable to non existent. They advertise that everyone has free internet. Kitchen. Not only did they forget to clean the house every Friday but they also have these small trash cans that are full of trash by mid week. -They charge you for the sheetspillowduvet, my sheets were stained and shrunk for too much washing. They say they offer chrome cast which is a lie. -The washing machine was problematic. It barely worked and on multiple occasions we had to open the door by force and clean all the pouring water. -The top floor was used as a damping site by some housemates. I was essentially paying 850 euro per month to live like a hoarder.
This agency is very unprofessional and is taking advantage of the COVID-19 situation. They do not return deposits, are disrespectful when communicating with clients. They owe me a 500 deposit since July 31st. I do not recommend this agency to anyone.

I booked a room for 2 months but unfortunately they looked nothing like on the pictures so I had to change 3 times, but still wasn’t really happy with any of the rooms they shower me, also i am a 19 years old girl and had to share a house with ten men who were both way over 40 years old, I don’t know how that could happen since this page was supposed to be for “young professionals” only. Anyways the Team is incompetent, not even the easiest task like replying to an E-mail were made, I had to drive down there a couple of times for asking questions. Another issue is that I moved out weeks ago And still did not get my 500 deposit, I wrote E-Mails and tried to call but nothing. I would not recommend anyone to book a room here! Overpriced and bad service
Very bad service! The only thing they do properly is to charge you for everything - cupidity is what animate them: - 800 /month for a 12 m² bedroom, hardly lighted, noisy, poorly furnished, not even clean - 60 for key retrieving, 60 for key returning - as if renting a bedroom didn't imply key hand over - 175 for early termination - 1 month rent for the service pack (which I cannot really figure what it is about, since I haven't seen any kind of service from them - key retrieval is not even part of it !!!) Avoid this company at all cost. Since there is no way to rate 0-star, I had to put one but it is way beyong what they are worth.
Please read the contract, they can ask you at any time to leave apartment and book another. Moreover, it took them two weeks to send sb to fix internet connection, whereas part of the flat had home-office.
WORST SERVICE EVER!!! We have been months asking for the return of our guarantee deposit...They don't pick up the phone, when they do they ask to send an email with the details, of course they'll never answer the email...and we are still waiting for our 500 deposit back!!! TERRIBLE AGENCY, WORST EVER!!!!
