Day Surgery ward and a mid morning biopsy under anaesthetic. Excellent care and attention ... particularly from the Operating Theatre and the Recovery nurses who were so reassuring, genuine, friendly. On the ward waiting to confirm readiness to leave everyone so helpful. Some real attention to the details of making patients feel comfortable. It did take a some time for prescription to come through so some patience needed in the afternoon. Well done FGH!

A big thank you to the A&E team that looked after me (and my very painful eye) this morning. Special thanks to Derry, the triage nurse and Dr Knut who were kind and conscientious. I wish I knew the names of the receptionists who were so friendly and also the very attentive student nurse. Thank you all very much!
