Fun & large space, busy. Staff not great. Food was dreadful.
I would go again for the sake of my son. However the lack of attention from parents on their children is ridiculous. An unfriendly vibe and the staff are not welcoming anymore. It's divided immensely over the class of people. I feel a sense of racism towards me as majority of the people there are white. Food is disgusting. If you want the regulars to start coming back again, then improve your attitude.
Staff here are great! Very friendly and go the extra mile. Ive only given 3 stars just purely because it's not big at all and was extremely busy when i went plus im never affected by the cold unless its Gale Plat force winds but in there was stupidly freezing to the point my kids were shivering and we eventually went because they were just sitting with me to keep warm. Anyways, im pretty confident if you catch it on a quiet day then it will be a completely different experience and very enjoyable.
