Found this place after dropping off our car, and wow, we're surprised by the food! Ordered a simple prego and hamburger, but the taste was amazing! The fries that came with them were one of the best we've had so far, very well seasoned. Would definitely recommend this place!

We were here almost every day on our last vacation on the beautiful island of Madeira and every evening was just awesome. The conditions are great! The location is great! Everything is just perfect. See you again on January 2nd, Monumental Bar!
Nice space where you meet people from all walks of life. Frequented by open-minded people where criticism doesn't exist. Honest staff and super friendly. Usually we are received by the owner Cláudio who is a super human person and always attentive to our special requests. I recommend it to everyone who can. There go and drink a poncha as only they know how to do. Daniel

It is the BEST bar in Funchal to visit, friendly staff, good food and drinks and a brilliant atmosphere. The staff are attentive and friendly and made our trip to funchal special.
Amazing steak prego roll and chips. We've been here 2 days in a row and will probably go a few more times! Next time I will try the nikita cocktail. Madeira is a really safe island during the pandemic. Feel 100% safe
