WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered two octopus sandwiches, one portion of chips and 1 steak sandwich. Waited over half an hour for everything so decided to go up the bar to ask if this was the usual wait. Gonçalo rudely replied stating it was busy (half of the chairs and tables were unoccupied) and then proceeded to say that my steak sandwich was cooked wrong without any apology. He was extremely ill mannered and overall blunt. The large portion of chips we got came with two tiny sachets of ketchup and mayonnaise that barely covered a quarter of the chips. I asked for more and it was a 10 cents charge for EACH SACHET. After waiting half an hour this was actually a laughable request and daylight robbery. If you would like appalling customer service, rude staff and long delays for basic/fast food this is the ideal place for you. Otherwise I would suggest to bring food from where you are staying. As a Portuguese descendent I am ashamed to say that this appalling place resides in Madeira.
Great spot right on the sea. Open to the public. Well worth a wander down to enjoy something cold while enjoying superb views.
Visited for first time today and definitely will not go back. Asked for medium beer which at every other bar in madeira is 33cl, got given a 50cl for an expensive 3 euros and was told large was a litre so we had been given a medium. Absolute rip off, tourists beware and avoid this place.

Das H2O ist ein Mischung aus Cafe, Restaurant, Bar und ist auf dem Gelände eines öffentlichen Schwimmbades mit Pool und Zugang zum Meer. Wir haben das Schwimmbad für 12,60 Eintritt mit Liegen und Schirm besucht. Das H2O bietet neben Snacks auch Gerichte wie Fisch oder auch Omletts. Wir hatten den Fisch für 9,90 und der hat gut geschmeckt. Empfehlenswert.
