Brilliant location to get fit. Staff are amazing and keep you on your toes not to give up. 8f you thinking about going, try and check out this place. I finally have found a gym I like and feel comfortable in. Took me many many years. Give it a go and you will not regret your choice.
I absolutely love this gym! I can't say enough good things about. Well equiped lots if space. PT's who really know their stuff. Darren is fantastic, patient knowledgeable and he really cares about his clients. I've hated gyms in the past but I can't get enough of this place.
