Aside from the exquisite designs, extensive choices and superlative quality, the customer service is second to none. From the outset I received personal customer care. This is a bespoke service like no other. Incredibly friendly whilst being highly professional. The service was also extremely fast and efficient. One of the best businesses I have encountered in any sphere!

Ellie at Bundle MacLaren could not have been more helpful. I live abroad and so needed to buy a hat remotely which is an impossible thing to do. She walked me through the whole experience step-by-step and tailored multiple options for me to consider (with extra angle photos) based on pictures of my face shape and links to my outfit.
