By paying over 1000 Euros for B2 course for my wife we expected a good trainings level and good teachers. But thats not the case! One of their teachers cannot teach without her cheat notes and cannt answer to questions asked. The teaching methods are not effective. My wife and I are not satisfied with the quality of teaching and the price they charge for the service!

If you expect any kind of support regarding your problem from Fulda office, I suggest you not to waste your valuable time ! I had such an experience and asked Mrs. Jordan to help me and unfortunately I got no reply back . She could at least send me one Email or call me back to inform that the final decision regarding my objection is negative, as she promised to do so. Unfortunately, I see a very weak management for this Institute!
