Just called fuel oils dartford to order Kerosene to be told they can't deliver until 5th January (24 days from now), slight pause.... unless I book a premium delivery at 65 pence per litre. Disgusting way to treat previously loyal customers, If you can do it do it. Don't rip people off for a premium service, which is actually just normal service. Won't be using them again, thought I was buying locally, helping locals....
