I have a 1998 mercedes sprinter converted to a camper. It developed a fault where it lost power and was smoking a lot. Similarly to another reviewer I had trouble working out what was wrong with the van or getting a garage to take the job on due to the age of the vehicle or the garages that would accept the job couldn't fit the van in their workshop. I put a fault code reader on it and nothing. I read forums and realised it really could be a number of things and i was out of my depth. Fuel injection services identified what was wrong with the van within an hour or so (it was needle lift sensor on injector 1) and orderded the part in pronto. As soon as the part was in they called me up and got the van in and had her running well again within a day. Excellent workmanship. I found the customer service to be brilliant, I am really interested in how things work and it was no bother for them to explain to me the process in which they identified the fault, they are appraochable and have excellent communication skills. But what about the price? Surely it will cost the earth to go to a specialist fuel injection service rather than the local garage? No actually they are really reasonable in their pricing and it didn't cost the earth to get my camper back on the road. Thank you fuel injection services, I am a happy customer

Took my Sprinter to Marus Bridge Service Centre – Five Ramps and a Pit, one of the Elite Garages in Wigan that I have used in the past. Diesel Leaking from my Injection Pump and because it is a 1998 Sprinter, they said ‘No Chance, too old’. One by one I exhausted the Wigan Garages, ‘Fair Play’ these are Mechanics and I need a Diesel Technician – So Yell.com guided me to Alco Diesel Injection Specialists claiming on their Website; repairs to hgv’s, plant, marine, agriculture, cars & industrial engines from the 1950’s. I turned up unannounced at their Door and the Tech came out, took one look at my Sprinter and said ‘No Chance’ we do not do anything that size!!! Then I noticed just over Alco Rooftop next door a Garage several times Bigger signed ‘Fuel Injection Services’ – The rest is History, everyone said “No” and Fuel Injection Services didn’t even flinch at ‘22 year old 1998 Merc Sprinter’. They said 650 Guestimate – I picked up today and was presented the Billing for 148, they said upon investigation it was a much lesser Job for Tech Steve McCall. Don’t expect friendly, they aren’t your friends, nevertheless these are the Tech’s that get the Job done when everyone else said ‘No’

A fantastic service from Fuel Injection Services - my BMW 5 was transferred here after it sat in another specialist service for a long time without any progress. Steve and the team soon identified the problem , arranged for new parts to be delivered quickly , and job was completed expertly, quickly and with good value. On delivery , they highlighted it was missing some trim pieces, and when ordered, picked up my car for 15 miles away, fitted the pieces, and returned the car - all free of charge ! Thanks for all your great work

super customer service. My car failed MOT due to engine management system highlighting a fault with the diesel particulate filter but the garage could not fix it. I rang Fuel Injection services for an appointment and they fitted me in the next day. Dropped the car off at FSI 8.15 and by 8.45 they phoned to say it wasn't the Filter but an issue with two of the onboard computer systems not talking to each other. informed me that any Jeep dealer would fix this as part of a software upgrade recall. They also confirmed that a light bulb needed replacing and again this was a dealership only item. The charge for this , FREE Can't thank you enough for your help and super efficient services, and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

My Mondeo developed a fault with DPI. Fuel Injection Services diagnosed the fault within an hour, fixed it before quoted and now it drives like a dream. Felt comfortable seeing the taped out areas and also the cleaning of my key when I handed it to them. Professional, would advise anyone to go there if your engine is not doing what it should. Felt like a new car on the way home, rather than the 10 year old workhorse she is. Thank you guys.
