The food is decent however the customer services is horrendous. I wanted ice-cream not in my waffle on the side and they said that wasn’t possible as I have to pay more? I wanted them to cover it in Nutella and they said that is also extra, fair enough but they haven’t retained me as a customer.

All three Blondies that I ordered were raw throughout. Im so shocked at the service considering that I have been going to this place for years. The man who answered the phone was rude and incompetent and completely dismissed the whole situation and just kept saying Deliveroo. I assume he wanted me to take it up with Deliveroo and couldn't deal with the situation without involving the delivery people. I won't be ordering from fudge puppy again being as I've wasted my money and no one from there could resolve the issue they caused by delivering raw cookie dough and charging for it!
Last minute dessert stop on a Monday. Ive been to some rubbish places but this was actually really good. We ordered q strawberry milkshake, cookie dough and red velvet cheesecake. They were all delicious and fresh! Service was fast on collection.
The food is alright nothing special. Where they do down hill is there service, they have no time management at all. I think there employees don’t know how to read a clock. They always advice order will be ready in 15/20 minutes, when you arriving to collect I can assure you there will have be another 20/30 minutes that’s if they don’t mess up your order which they love doing regularly. Avoid if you can, because it will be a huge waste of time and money
