As Chairman of the Residents' Committee to a medium sized block of flats, I proposed bringing Fryzer Property Services in to take over from the incompetent, negligent so-called managing company at the time. I will not stoop to their level and name the imbeciles here. In short, we needed a company that was local, understood our frustrations and concerns, and was competent. It was the best move we could have taken. Again, within the course of a single year, problems that were brought up in Monthly General Meetings faded into comparative insignificance as Fryzer addressed all concerns and to-dos methodically. Twice I have brought in Fryzer Property Services to ultimately clean up the mess of previous so-called managing agents, and in both cases they have done superbly.
