One of the best fish and chips I’ve ever had! The food here is outstanding! There are never any scraps of chip left over and they have a range of condiments! Across the road New Road Common provides a great place (or should I say plaice) to enjoy your magnificent meal! A range of refreshments are also available and the service is usually quick!

Fantastic food! Fish was delicious and the batter was perfect. Chips were amazing, as was the homemade tartar sauce. Food was ready for the collection time we were given. First class customer service and food, well done to all the staff. Would highly recommend

We ordered two large fish and chips online. The food was freshly cooked and tasted amazing. Online ordering service was easy to use and they rang us to confirm a pick up time. One minor point for Frydays to think about - there's a sign on the door saying only one customer at a time inside. I saw there were people in the waiting area so I waited outside. It turned out there were some staff talking in the customer waiting area. Perhaps they should keep the customer area clear or wait outside to greet people arriving?

Simply the best chip shop in the area, excellent counter staff, brilliant delivery service via their App and a great friendly delivery driver who's always cheerful! The food is fresh and of excellent quality, after sampling a variety of their food I can honestly say it really is top notch, it's no surprise all the awards they've won! Keep up the good work Frydays you're an asset to the area!
