We bought a car from Frost's 5 years ago on moving to Sussex. Five years later we returned as the first car had given us 'zero' problems. The offerings from Frost's is varied and well priced. We identified a possible car and felt the procedures for a test drive under the current COVID-19 situation was secure. As well as competitive prices, we were offered a good trade-in price and established an acceptable deal. We will definitely consider buying from Frost's when we next need a replacement car

Phoned to order a new alternator first guy was great and helpful but I forgot to check part number against the one I took off so phoned back to make sure I have the right part before I part with 349 to be told by the second guy we don't give out part numbers and hung up on me .....its the second time I've had a bad experience here

The worst experience from them as I have serviced my car 2 weeks ago... paid over 500 for service and MoT.. within 3 days I could feel the burnt smell from my car and when I took it back to them they find another fault and give me a quote of another 467 to fix it.. which is like complete negligence from their side of not finding the fault at the time of servicing and again giving me that quote is a bit ridiculous..

During these odd times, everything felt very relaxed and friendly. Looking for a family car and oddly you had a wide selection to compare onsite, very informative regarding specs and customer needs.
