Jay Hatfield Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

I've bought two trucks here, both times a good experience. They didn't pressure me. The sales person was well educated on the trucks and packages. I haven't had any major break down. But the service department was good about being honest with wait times. And would let me know about upcoming maintenance so I wasn't blind sided when I came in and was met with a bigger estimate.

I unexpectedly was in the market to buy a new vehicle due to a car accident. I found a Jeep Renegade on their website that looked awesome & it was in my price range. Called & spoke to Bob Kennedy, he set me up for a test drive & I just had to buy it. No pressure, very easy buying experience. 10 out of 10 will recommend them to anyone!

Dakota worked with me until we found the perfect Mom car for me. I didn’t want to sacrifice my amenities and he made sure I didn’t. Would recommend him to anyone!
