A wide selection of DIY and home goods, pricing is varied so check competitors. The staff can be varied in knowledge so ask a second person if you don't get a satisfactory answer.

Visited on 22nd October 2020. I couldn’t find the item I wanted, I did ask for assistance but didn’t really get it except if it is not on the shelf we don’t stock it. Can you order it please? If it is not on the shelf we don’t stock it. Also wanted a heat gun but they only have this to order online and a hefty charge for postage. Checked I store but power tool section had zilch in it. What a waste of a journey. I won’t be going back to Homebase ever again and will be sharing my experience with friends. Homebase have lost at least one customer. Staff need more customer care awareness and training. There should be a minus star rating for Homebase Frome. Maybe they also need more staff on duty as the person I spoke to seemed quite busy.
