Ryan was fantastic, coming to my rescue in Frome as Trowbridge customer service was less than helpful! Booked a stereo to be fitted a week on Saturday in Trowbridge to be told they couldn’t do it until a month’s time, without any other alternatives offered (IE weekdays) . I called Frome, where Ryan was really helpful saying we could be booked in even sooner if we could drop the car off on a weekday before opening hours(which suits me because I could get it in before work), so he could crack on as soon as possible. Really pleased with the service, he even picked up the stereo and sorted out the fitting cost transfer for me to his store. Very professional, explanatory and helpful. Highly recommend Frome Halfords.
