Wild Wisdom

Over prised and poor service. I asked for advice and repair for an old mac, upon returning their blank faced advice was they couldn't do any thing and to get a new mac. They then charged me 25 quid for the 'service' which looking back I should have refused. After speaking to friends there was something I could do to upgrade it. Poor service,go to a smaller independent repairers or better off just ask tech savvy friends.

popped into their showroom this morning as my laptop wouldn't boot and I could only hear the fan noise when I turned it on. The bloke took a look at it straight away and got it working in a few minutes. What a superstar!

I have to leave this excellent review as a way of saying thank you for all that Frometech done for me yesterday. I spent all morning writing a document in word, around 20 pages when the machine crashed! Word could not recover the work and I was in tears. I phoned Frometech and they asked me to pop in with my laptop and within 10 minutes they had recovered everything. I am so glad I found you and wont be going anywhere else in the future.
