Not great, the person working wasn't helpful in the slightest. We were looking for a catalytic converter for a custom exhaust. He sent us away to sit in the car and browse the extremely irritating website to find one that he had in stock. After an hour of looking online, we went to the Euro Car Parts in Midsomer Norton. Who were much more helpful, within minutes they had gone in the back and found exactly what we needed. Save time, go to Midsomer Norton instead.
