I had a course of five treatments with Ben at my own home. I instantly felt at ease with him as a Practitioner. He is open and empathetic, very professional, & has a great sense of humour too. Through Ben's knowledge, skills & intuition, he helped me navigate a very difficult time, both emotionally & physically. Craniosacral Therapy enabled me to unwind, & begin to unravel various challenges I was experiencing on different levels. Big love & respect Ben! Thank you for helping me on my journey.

I had a really painful cricked neck and tension along my spine that had been dragging me down for days, giving me a nagging headache. I was feeling really miserable with it all. My housemate recommended Cranio-Sacral and I was a bit doubtful as I had always thought of it as something “subtle”. I didn’t imagine it would shift this entrenched muscle pain but I was desperate and Ben was available the next day. Thank goodness! After the session, my whole system was relaxed and pain-free (and stayed that way). But even more valuable than that, I felt more present, relaxed and alive than I had in several months. It was quite shocking in a wonderful way to see how “out of touch” I had been with my self and my body and how - in just one hour - I could be “brought home”. Thank you Ben, I’m a fan!
