Really friendly and accommodating - after getting my MOT done at Trowbridge Kwik Fit and receiving a poor service, but needing some repairs done and another test, I called up AJ Reynolds and they were able to look at my car and fix all the issues within 24 hours. This was perfect as the MOT was due to expire soon and all other local garages had long waiting lists due to Covid-19. They were very reasonably priced, did a great job, went the extra mile (bad pun) and were very welcoming (I have only just moved into the area). I'll definitely be popping in next time I need anything doing on my car!

I would give this family business 6 stars if I could. Before setting off to France they replaced the cam belt on my motorhome but after travelling 500 miles around France on a motorway near Toulouse the engine failed. The Motorhome was brought back to the UK at a cost of 3,500 and we flew home from Toulouse. Andy (the father) had the engine removed and stripped down and discovered that one of the cam belt parts had a manufacturing fault causing massive damage to the engine. He held his hand up straight away and installed a brand new engine and his insurance company paid all my expenses. I know nothing about engines or any other parts in a motor vehicle, most other garages would have told me it had nothing to do with the cam belt and then I would have had to go through the stress of proving that it was. Well done Andy and family. I certainly chose the right garage, it could have been an even bigger nightmare than it was.
