Leonard was exceptional! I remember meeting him for the first time last fall when my old truck was being serviced! My daughter noticed a purple Range Rover Sport as we were leaving the dealership. I flagged Leonard down and remember asking a million questions about the custom paint job and buying vs. leasing a new truck! I remember mentioning to Leonard that I would be in contact with him soon. Leonard treated me with the same dignity and respect when I was simply inquiring about a new vehicle months ago and actually purchasing a new vehicle! Leonard's customer service skills are Superior and his demeanor was calm, patient and inviting! The Finance Manager Kai was super awesome and answered all the millions of questions my daughter had in regards to the huge touch screen I used to sign my documents. What an amazing experience! I'm a customer for Life! ️

My overall experience with this location was great! Leonard went above to make us newly owners to the Land Rover family comfortable. We checked out other dealerships before heading out to Land Rover Frisco and they didn't give us a good vibe so we moved on. I don't know about you, but customer service is a big deal to me. Doesn't matter how big or small your purchase is, if you are in the customer service field you service your customers with the utmost respect and I can honestly say we got it from here. I would highly recommend Leonard as your sales representative at this location! I will do another separate review after I have my first maintenance done.
Love my 2018 Range Rover, Velar! (Thank you Jon!) Wonderful experience, Sales person was: Jon Frey - He took his time answering all my questions. he listen to exactly what I had in mind I gave him a description of what I was looking for. He looked up in the system and drove it around and before I even saw the entire car or drove it. I knew it was the one! I told him that I will take that one and to wrap it up. I be by tomorrow to pick it up! (it was that easy!)

My husband & I came to this location on a Saturday 2 hours before closing & purchased a New Jaguar F-Pace the same day. Roxie & Sydney made it a great experience. These girls were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of our questions. We have purchased at least 8-10 new vehicles from other places in the last 20 years. This was by far the absolute best car buying experience ever! I love my new F-Pace! We highly recommend Jaguar Land Rover of Frisco to anyone looking to buy.
