Was there today at 3pm . They were low on a lot of food out there. No Cajun chicken. Was limited on the meat selection. A lot more other stuff not there either. There was no one there dining in. It was just us. My wife and I. We ordered tea with our meal and had to ask for a refill while we were getting the check. Our wait staff was horrible. Like I said , my food was limited to get. Our meal still cost 33. I don't see myself going back to Genghis grill.
Walked in, they're playing 80's rock. Get a big bowl of grilled meat, and whatever veggies I want. Nice protein boost!
Went in on 4/18, was told it was take out only when there were a ton of groups sitting at tables. As we waited for our food we saw multiple people get seated, when I asked to speak to a manager, only an employee came, saying they were confused. Horrible experience and I can’t wait to tell everyone not to go here.
I don't leave reviews very often. However, I liked their food so much, so here I am. I've been to different restaurants around Frisco. The food in this place was really good! A lot of meat! I paid about 10 including tips. It's a great value! And it's very delicious. I strongly recommend this place.
This was my very first visit it was very disappointing. The food was very delicious. The handling of how they lack in explaining to me how and what to do and rushing me and my grandchildren through and out was very disappointing and very poor customer service. Would I visit again in person maybe not. I would probably just order over the phone. Would I recommend in person visit not at this time. Give them more time to workout the best way to serve, assist customers with their meal preparation, get the meal ready to leave the restaurant and paying. Tip don't carry any things in with you except means of a payment in your pocket be sure your hands are totally empty. Enjoy
I tried to get delivery because I received an email about it. After putting an order in on line, I was told I couldn't get delivery. We drove up there to pick it up and we were told the bar was closed so we couldn't order the tasty looking blue drink they were advertising to get to go. We ordered noodles and fried rice and only got noodles. The food was okay. The young man that bagged our food was nice. I do not think I will eat here again.
We went here around 1:45pm on Sunday. Upon arrival we were informed they were currently only accepting to-go orders and would not be able to seat us. There was only one other party waiting and there were plenty of tables. We have eaten at this location before and the food was good but they seem very understaffed on both cooks and wait staff. We went elsewhere as there are dozens of other restaurants in the area. Management should address their staffing issues if they want people to come back. Have also had service issues at the Addison location.
