They have great customer service for service lane. The guys working the service take care of you and make sure your car is getting maintenance it needs. We recently had an issue with the shuttle service and they addressed the situation and tried to make up for it. Our go to spot if we want to make sure our Jeep is up to date on maintenance. This place does like to make people wait. 5 to 10 minutes is more like 15 to 20. FYI, employees walk around not wearing masks.

Buying a car is my least favorite thing to do hands down. It's usually a grind with painful back and forth. I can tell you this dealer ship does it right. The environment is inviting, the individuals that work there are all pleasant and engaging. My salesmen was Alex and he was amazing. He listened, understood what I was looking for, helped on getting the best deal and followed up like a champ. I have found a dealer ship I will buy future cars from and the salesmen that I will buy from until they figure out how good he is and promote him.. The GM should be proud of the environment that he has created and the team that he has built. I do want to also mention Aaron in the finance office was awesome to deal with as well. Thanks for a great experience..
