The Crest Collision Center in Frisco repaired my vehicle after an accident early last year. I noticed that the bumper they replaced was not lining up probably and that one of the fender flares was a little messy where it was painted. I called the body shop at Crest and they made me an appointment to drop my car off immediately. They even offered me a rental for my trouble. The body shop manager, Carl, met with me about my concerns. He made me feel comfortable and listened to everything I was having trouble with. He sent me in my way with my rental. They had my car for about 4 days and Carl was very communicative about the progress the whole way through. Once the car was done I was able to make armaments with Carl to pick it up in a Saturday, which was a big help to me with my busy schedule. The car looks great and they went above and beyond for me, for the second time. I would highly recommend using them for any body shop needs you may have.

Very very friendly customer service,my man from Jersey Tony was quick with EVERYTHING,and got it done, hassle free and really works hard for you. Update: Alternator went out(reg car stuff) which is to be expected,so I called the service dept,thru text,live calls,and emails their customer service hands down is the best I've ever encountered, being a customer service guru for over 35 years I'm very jealous in a good way for the way they treat their customers. Top notch. I'll keep y'all posted. They got it done quickly and hassle free and had me back on the road right.
Service is always professional at Crest Cadillac. I’ve had the same service counselor for at least 7 years. He makes it a nice experience. They always have a nice loan car ready for me & service is always on time & reasonable. I would recommend Crest to anyone.
It was such an easy experience buying a car at Crest Cadillac. Everyone was very accommodating and kind. My salesman, Charles, was the best. He went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. It was a very positive experience and I definitely recommend Crest.
