I phoned the surgery at 8.20am and was given a call -back immediately and an appointment at 9am the same day. I saw Dr. Cooper who was thorough and helpful. This surgery has put the wow factor into the experience from the telephone request to the reception onto the GP. Keep up the extremely great work.

Since moving round the corner this is now my local surgery it is slowly changing but I have never really had a problem with my surgery as a whole. But I know that the NHS is struggling and they do there best.
