Me and my daughters have been going to Friends for at least the last 5 years and we absolutely love it. My eldest daughter still comes back home just to get her hair done there, even though she's moved to London, which is an added bonus for me! The atmosphere is always buzzing and all the staff are happy, friendly and experienced. Customer service is excellent and their priority is that you leave the salon totally happy with your hair. Occasionally difficult to get an appointment around Christmas for obvious reasons, so I try to get in early. Really can't recommend them highly enough.
