I’m a regular customer and always get the senior cod and chips. I have always been impressed with the service and quality of food. I haven’t been feeling to well the past few weeks and the ladies in the chip chop found out and came and dropped me off a senior cod and chips and said we have missed you and here is a meal on us. Hope you feel better soon. I had to write a review because this is a service beyond my imagination. It’s a small family ran business and for them to look out for people within their community like this is something I am really great full for. Once again ladies my meal was lovely and I look forward to coming back in once I’m on my feet again.

Friendly, fast service. The battered sausage and plain sausage are amazing and the chips are also tasty. BBQ sauce also a winner!
Absolutely amazed at the quality of the food. I work in London and travel for work a lot and I have been to many restaurants and take aways. This place is by far the best fish and chips not only in Bristol but In the UK. Everything was cooked to perfection. They cook all your food fresh so you may have to wait for you food but trust me it’s worth the wait. The service from the lovely ladies who served me was fantastic and you can tell they work so hard to maintain the cleanliness of the premises. 5 star food hygien rating I can see why. If your ever in the area you must try their cod and chips. I definitely recommend and will be back again soon.
What can I say this place is amazing, the wife and me at the last minute decided we fancied chip shop for tea. We get there just before closing I asked for fish to be told it's cooked fresh to order and was too late, I said After being told its the best around I was looking forward to some the girls said sorry about that. then one came out and said there wasn't any batter or she would have done me a piece, So I order us a few pies and chips and was about to pay with my card, only to be told it's cash only (my fault should've checked first before going). So I tried Tesco next door no cash machine no cash back. I go back and said I'm really sorry I can't get no cash, to be told take it for free I hope you'll be back. Well 1, on behalf of me and my wife thank you so much and may you be blessed with great things and happiness. 2, We will definitely be back and hopefully more people who read this post. And 3 How nice was that it's so endearing that in the tough times we're going through that humanity prevails. Namste and I will pay it forward.
Excellent fish & chips cooked freshly & can be pre ordered by phone save hanging around . Really clean , well run Buisness that is friendly to its customers.
