I was there to get some advice on new contracts. However, the sales assistant was, first of all, not really knowledgeable and second the person was so unfriendly that I decided to to do a 24month contract. I am used to bad customer service in Germany in general but this was again an experience which reminded me of people needing much more sales and customer service training. Furthermore, the person picked up a personal phone call on her/his mobile without an excuse. Wow, this was just crazy customer experience. What a pity for this store...

Great shop, especially the sales person who attended us was such a gentleman. He was fan of bollywood and sharukh khan.. He was very helpful.

Great service and super easy. Just makes sure you bring your passport if you're a foreigner and your local address in Germany. English was limited, but wasn't an issue at all. They were very kind, patience and informative to my needs.

I was there today. To purchase a Prepaid Sim card. I had with me my passport (not German), my Residence permit, and the Anmeldebestätigung (Not older than 3 months) that the \Gemeinde\ provides. Unfortunately, they do not sell Sim cards to non Germans (or maybe non Europeans, it was not clear what their rule is). No comments were made regarding (in)sufficient documentation. Interesting that this is not written anywhere in Deutsche Telekom website or in the shop. Can Deutsche Telekom confirm it please?

They are racist, and don't even want to sell their sim card to me even though I have all the proper documentation for it. They say that they give sim cards to only german citizens. What a great way to serve customers
